Strategic planning is important to an organization because it provides a sense of direction and outlines measurable goals. Strategic planning is a tool that is useful for guiding day-to-day decisions and also for evaluating progress and changing approaches when moving forward. Liberia Opportunity Industrialization Center (LOIC) is committed to continuing her work with humanity in Liberia, especially working with the vision which is to reduce unemployment and underemployment in the Liberian society. This is emphasized in her vision since her establishment.
