On the morning of May 30, 2023, hundreds of family members, friends, volunteers, dignitaries, and LOIC officials gathered in Gbarnga, Bong County, Liberia, to celebrate the graduation of 263 students from seven departments of the Liberia Opportunities Industrialization Centers (LOIC). The special occasion granted these determined young people the opportunity to shine and flaunt the certificates they had worked hard to obtain.
The graduation of the LOIC Gbarnga graduates marks an important milestone, both for the individuals who achieved the prestigious title of graduate and for LOIC, which has shown its commitment to providing quality vocational education to young and underprivileged Liberians for more than 40 years. As the graduates head into their chosen spheres of life, the world eagerly awaits the outstanding contributions they will make in the pursuit of a more equitable and prosperous Liberia.
