LOIC BUCHANAN SATELLITE PROGRAM DIRECTOR APPEALS TO COMPANIES FOR INTERNSHIPS FOR STUDENTS AT THE INSTITUTION.
The Program Director of the Liberia Opportunities Industrialization Center Buchanan Satellite is appealing to Companies and businesses operating in the County to afford students attending the Institution Internships at their areas.
LOIC is the largest indigenous non-governmental skill training organization in Liberia and has operated for over 40 consecutive years providing basic skills training and support services to disadvantaged youths of the Liberian society.
According to Mr. Olando Dolo, they have engaged several companies and businesses operating in the County to allow the students do their internships but only few afforded the students opportunities.
Mr. Dolo lamented that Internships provided to students would enable them to network with great people and sharpen their skills before entering the workforce.
He is calling on Companies and businesses operating in Grand Bassa to help students at LOIC develop their skills by providing internship for them.
