Another Week of Diverse Training Activities at LOIC

This week, LOIC trainees in Gbarnga and Monrovia participated in a variety of training activities, including construction work, hair dressing, and job interview skills.
The construction work training taught trainees the essential skills they need to start their own businesses or find jobs in this field. Trainees learned how to mix concrete, lay bricks, and build walls. They also learned about safety precautions and how to use tools and equipment properly.
The hair dressing training taught trainees the skills they need to cut and style hair, as well as color and treat hair. Trainees also learned about customer service and how to run a successful hair salon.
The job interview skills training taught trainees how to dress professionally, make a good impression, and answer common interview questions. Trainees also practiced answering questions about their skills and experience, as well as their goals and aspirations.
