Management Structure

LOIC is headed by Board of Directors and managed by a Management Control Team (MCT) to review activities and reports and formulate policies of LOIC. Head of the Management Team is the National Executive Director with the sole responsibility of managing the day-to-day activities of the entire operation of LOIC on a full-time basis.

Each school site has its own Program Manager and assigned staff. Representatives of all entities meet at least once a year for the annual planning workshop as well as other trainings and workshops are held for instructors, counselors, and administrative staff.

Board of Directors

The LOIC volunteer Board of Directors consists of honorable men and women of the Liberia society united in the thrive to support the institution in their strategic and advocacy tasks. The Board meets on a quarterly basis to review programs activities and reports and to formulate policies that guide the operation of the management of LOIC. The board members are autonomously bound only by their legal responsibilities under the Boards charter and by-laws, and its contractual obligations to funding sources. See all board members here

Staff

LOIC only thriving to put young Liberians into employment but also is big employer itself. Facing many challenges, LOIC is particularly concern about ongoing enhancement and updating of the skills and qualifications of its staff.
